Description:
It is an injection resin that reacts with a two-component, low-viscosity water.
Reference standards
CE
Advantages:
It cuts off the water by reacting with water. It does not contain solvents. It is easy to apply. It is resistant to weak acids, microorganisms, alkaline substances, and water. It is used for water insulation and protection of all types of horizontal terraces, roofs, balconies, parking lots, bridge upper parts, and similar areas.
• The surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and sound.
• Significant irregularities and holes on the surface should be repaired with CORION REPAIR FIX 03 group repair mortars at least 24 hours before applying CORION TRANSPARENT POL 1K.
• Expansion joints on application surfaces should not be filled with CORION TRANSPARENT POL 1K, and expansion joint insulation tapes should be used to ensure continuity of insulation at these points.
• Vertical and horizontal corners should be chamfered with CORION REPAIR FIX 03 group repair mortars to ensure continuity of sealing.
• Cement-based and absorbent surfaces such as wood, and surfaces coated with glass, metal, old ceramics, bitumen, and acrylic should be primed with CORION EPO FLOOR PRIMER 5800 epoxy primer.
Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces in danger of freezing.
Application:
• Components A and B should be mixed with a mixer running at 400 rpm until they reach a homogeneous consistency within their own packaging before application.
• The positions of packers are determined based on the location and condition of the leakage. Packers (injectors) are placed at a 45-degree angle. Packers should be driven to a distance equal to half the thickness of the reinforced concrete. The prepared packers are applied using an injection pump. The application should start from the first packer. The pressure should start low and gradually increase until resin begins to overflow. After resin overflow, move on to the next packer. During the injection process, pure resin injected from all packers will flow through the cracks in the reinforced concrete where leakage occurs. After this process, the application is terminated.
Application tools:
Fırça, rulo, sprey

• If it comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek advice from a specialist.
• Read the Material Safety Data Sheet for detailed safety information.
• The surface moisture level should not exceed 5% before application.
• Primer application must be done prior to application.
• The product must be kept away from sources of ignition and should not be smoked near.
• During application, gloves and goggles must be worn, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided in the application area.
• The applied product may yellow over time when exposed to UV light. However, this effect is only visual and does not affect the mechanical properties and performance of the product.
