Description:
Epoxy-based, three-component, self-leveling grout mortar with high adhesion, bending and compression resistance
Advantages:
Practical packaging
super fluid
no shrinkage
High adherence to metal surfaces High mechanical strength
Usage area:
It is used as a grout mortar resistant to vibration and ground movements in the repair of all kinds of difficult floors and support plates, including bridges, airfields, ports and factory areas, on various machine and crane foundations, rail assemblies.
• The floor surface on which the application will be made must be clean, dry and sound; must be free from dirt, dust and weak particles.
• The mold or surface to be applied must be fixed, not stretched, leak-proof and cleaned very well.
Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces in danger of freezing.
Application:
• 2 kg of epoxy resin A component and 1 kg of hardening resin B component should be mixed in a plastic bucket to make it homogeneous.
• 12.5 kg of powder C component should be poured slowly into the prepared mixture and mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3-4 minutes until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
• The mixture should be kept for 2 minutes before pouring, and the air in its body should be discharged.
• The fluidized grout mortar should be poured continuously from one side of the application area, which has been prepared beforehand.
• Care should be taken that the poured mortar does not cause air, and if necessary, it should be aired with the help of a steel rod.
• Tools used after application should be cleaned with thinner while the material is fresh.
Application tools:
Leveling jig, steel trowel, level foot, hand mixer
Consumption:
2 kg/m2 (for 1 mm application thickness)
• Use appropriate safety equipment (mask, gloves, goggles).
• Protect your eyes and face.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• If it comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek advice from a specialist.
• Read the Material Safety Data Sheet for detailed safety information.
• The surface moisture level should not exceed 5% before application.
• Primer application must be done prior to application.
• The product must be kept away from sources of ignition and should not be smoked near.
• During application, gloves and goggles must be worn, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided in the application area.
• The applied product may yellow over time when exposed to UV light. However, this effect is only visual and does not affect the mechanical properties and performance of the product.
