Usage areas:
It is used as a leveling screed before ceramic, tile, carpet, parquet coating on interior floors of all buildings exposed to medium and heavy traffic.
• The surface should be clean, dry, smooth and solid, plasters thinner than 3 mm on the surface should be scraped and cleaned completely.
• The surface should be cleaned of dust by aspiration or sweeping.
• Significant defects or holes in the surface must be repaired with CORION structural repair mortars at least 24 hours before the application of Corion Smart Floor 4007.
Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces in danger of freezing.
Application:
An average of 4 liters of clean water should be added to a 25 kg bag of Corion Smart Floor 4007.
The product should be mixed with a low-speed hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.
In manual applications using a hand mixer, the width should be around 3 meters.

The spread material should be flattened with a leveling jig if necessary.
It is important to ensure material continuity.
The material must be combined with the newly poured material before it sets.

• During application, gloves and goggles must be worn, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided in the application area.
• The applied product may yellow over time when exposed to UV light. However, this effect is only visual and does not affect the mechanical properties and performance of the product.
