Description:
A ready-to-use, brushable, elastomeric water insulation material containing acrylic resin.
Advantages:

Usage areas:
Used in Ceramic Underneath, Bathroom, Toilet and Wet Areas, Concrete, Screed, Plastered Surfaces, Walkable Terraces, Hidden Gutter, Gutter, Roof Insulations, Coating of Sheet, Galvanized Sheet, Panels, Cement Board Surfaces.
- The surface should be clean, free from residue such as mold release agent, loose particles, flat and sound.
- Important defects and holes on the surface must be repaired with CORION REPAIR FIX 03 group structural repair mortars at least 24 hours before CORION ACR FLEX 2001 application.
- Challenging surfaces such as old bitumen and metal should be primed with CORION ACR LATEX MA 8001 for high adhesion.
- Cannot be applied against negative water pressure.
- Salt water should not be used.
- Foreign materials should not be added.
Application Conditions:
• The ambient temperature should be between +10°C and +35°C.
• Application should be avoided in very humid and/or very hot weather.
• It should not be applied on frozen, thawing, or surfaces that are at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
Application:
- After the primer coat has dried, CORION ACR FLEX 2001 should be applied to the entire surface with a roller, brush, or spray method in at least 2 coats without thinning.
- Fine cracks, joints, corners, and edges should be reinforced with polyester felt after the first coat application.
- In terrace roofs, the application of polyester felt should be done on the entire surface after the first coat application.
- After the first coat has dried, the second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat.
- A minimum of 6 hours should be waited between coats.

Consumption:
1.5-2.0 kg/m2 (for 1 mm application thickness)

• Protect your eyes and face.
• In case of eye contact, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

• Not suitable for application on wood, chipboard, plywood, and metal surfaces.
• Not recommended for application on direct brick, aerated concrete, and poorly plastered surfaces.
• Not suitable for terrace and roof insulation.
• Not recommended for facade wall insulation.
• Not suitable for use in deep tanks over 6 meters in depth or foundations exposed to groundwater below 6 meters.

The specified times are valid for surface and ambient temperatures between 20-23°C. The time will be longer at low temperatures and shorter at high temperatures.
