Description:
Two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin based repair, anchorage and assembly mortar.
Advantages:
• Easy mixing and application
• Thixotropic properties allow for vertical application without sagging
• Excellent adhesion to metal, steel, and concrete
• Perfect bonding with waterproofing tapes and similar products
• High mechanical strength
• Provides excellent protection against corrosion of reinforcing steel
• Resistant to chemical attacks
Usage area:
• In and out surfaces of all structures;
• For bonding concrete elements, iron, steel, and similar metals, dilatation insulation tapes, mortar, and glass types.
• For reinforcing concrete during additional construction or planting filaments into concrete
• As a repair material for corner and edge repairs, hole and gap filling, on various surfaces,
• In heavy and medium load assembly operations, for fixing injection packers, repairing immobile cracks,
• In the installation of bolts and dowels.
• The floor surface on which the application will be made must be clean and sound, free from dirt, dust and weak particles.
• Considering the working time, enough material to be used should be prepared.
Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces in danger of freezing.
Application:
A and B components should be mixed with a low-speed mixer for at least 3-4 minutes, paying attention to the mixing ratios, until they become homogeneous.
For Repair Uses:
While the epoxy primer is still wet on the surface, it should be applied with a trowel or spatula.
In Uses for Planting Sprouts
• The mixed product should be applied up to 2/3 of the hole length from the anchor hole prepared at the required diameter and depth.
• The reinforcement desired to be planted should be carefully turned into the hole and placed carefully.
• It should be observed that the material overflows.
Application tools:
Hand mixer, steel trowel, chamfering trowel, finishing trowel, steel, wire brush
Consumption:
1.7 kg/m2 (for 1 mm application thickness)
• Use appropriate safety equipment (mask, gloves, goggles).
• Protect your eyes and face.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• If it comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek advice from a specialist.
• Read the Material Safety Data Sheet for detailed safety information.
• The surface moisture level should not exceed 5% before application.
• Primer application must be done prior to application.
• The product must be kept away from sources of ignition and should not be smoked near.
• During application, gloves and goggles must be worn, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided in the application area.
• The applied product may yellow over time when exposed to UV light. However, this effect is only visual and does not affect the mechanical properties and performance of the product.
