Description:
It is an epoxy-based, two-component, chemically curing, solvent-free, epoxy orange patterned thixotropic top coat with high chemical and physical resistance.
Advantages:
It is highly chemical resistant. It can be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces. Does not contain solvent. Easy to apply. It has high mechanical strength. It dries in a short time. It covers the surface perfectly homogeneously. It is applied quickly. It creates a glossy film.
Usage areas:
It can be used in interior applications, Warehouses and factories, Shopping malls, supermarkets, Protective coating in industrial surface systems, Sewage and waste facilities, Pulp and paper mills.
• The floor surface on which the application will be made must be clean, dry and sound; must be free from dirt, dust and weak particles.
• The surface must be solid and of sufficient strength. The surface tensile strength should be at least 1.5 N/mm2. If unsure, a test area should be tested before application.
• The ground moisture should be checked before the application, the moisture content should be below 4%.
• All dust, weak and crumbling parts should be cleaned from the surface with a brush or industrial vacuum cleaner before application.
Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces in danger of freezing.
Application:
• A and B components should be mixed with a low-speed mixer, paying attention to the mixing ratios, for approximately 3 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
• The mixture should be spread on the surface with a steel trowel or a squeegee and thoroughly fed to the surface with a roller.
• If the floor strength cannot be assured, it is recommended to apply two coats.
• Epoxy-based products have a limited pot life. It should be taken into account that the pot life and drying time will be shortened at high temperatures and extended at low temperatures.
The mixture should be made to be used immediately, especially in hot environments, or it should not be kept in the mixing bucket after the mixture is made, and should be transferred to a container with a large surface area or to the application floor.
The mixture that has started to gel should not be applied.
• It is recommended to lightly sprinkle 0.3 – 0.8 mm quartz sand on the surface for better adhesion after priming and to extend the waiting time of the primer before application.

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• If it comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek advice from a specialist.

• The surface moisture level should not exceed 5% before application.
• Primer application must be done prior to application.
• The product must be kept away from sources of ignition and should not be smoked near.
• During application, gloves and goggles must be worn, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided in the application area.
• The applied product may yellow over time when exposed to UV light. However, this effect is only visual and does not affect the mechanical properties and performance of the product.

The specified times are valid for surface and ambient temperatures between 20-23°C. The time will be longer at low temperatures and shorter at high temperatures.
