Description:
A surface hardening mortar based on cement, specially selected aggregates, silicon pigment, and special additives that increases surface wear resistance in industrial floors exposed to very high loads and high levels of vehicle traffic.
Advantages:

Usage areas:
It is applied on fresh concrete surfaces that require very high mechanical wear resistance and no dusting.
• The supporting concrete of the area to be applied must be at least of class C25.
• The surface of the fresh concrete to be applied should be troweled with a float, and smoothed with a wooden trowel.
Application Conditions:
• Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces in danger of freezing.
Application:
It should be waited until the carrier concrete becomes navigable.
The appropriate time is when the concrete has hardened enough to leave 0.5 – 1.5 cm deep footprints on it.
The product is distributed over the entire surface by the sprinkling method.
The material should not be left on the surface in clusters, and a homogeneous distribution should be provided as much as possible.
In addition, scattering should not be done at long distances so that the aggregates in the product do not decompose.
This process can be done manually or with special spreading equipment.
The sprinkled material should be expected to change color by absorbing the water from the concrete.
The product, which is sprinkled homogeneously and whose color changes by absorbing water, is compressed with the tray glaze and integrated with the concrete.
Then the blade is polished and this process is continued until the desired brightness is achieved.

• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• If it comes into contact with eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek advice from a specialist.

• The surface moisture level should not exceed 5% before application.
• Primer application must be done prior to application.
• The product must be kept away from sources of ignition and should not be smoked near.
• During application, gloves and goggles must be worn, and contact with eyes and skin should be avoided. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided in the application area.
• The applied product may yellow over time when exposed to UV light. However, this effect is only visual and does not affect the mechanical properties and performance of the product.
