Usage Area:
In all types of buildings, especially in terrace roofs, balconies, wet rooms such as bathrooms, toilets, and kitchens where the surface will be left open without being covered with another coating material, as well as in swimming pools and water tanks, it is used as a UV and light pedestrian traffic-resistant waterproofing material.
- The surface should be clean, moist, even, and sound. Significant defects and holes on the surface should be repaired with CORION REPAIR FIX 03 repair mortars at least 24 hours before the application of CORION SUPER FLEX UV 3005 to ensure the continuity of the waterproofing.
- Vertical and horizontal corners should be smoothed with CORION REPAIR FIX 03 group repair mortars to ensure the continuity of the waterproofing.
- Highly porous surfaces like raw concrete and cement-based plaster should be moistened with clean water and left until the surface is moist without any water layer.
Application conditions:
• Ambient temperature between +5°C and +35°C.
• Application should not be done in very hot weather conditions.
• Should not be applied on frozen or surfaces under the risk of freezing.
Application:
• For each coat, 20 kg of powder component should be slowly added to 10 kg of liquid component using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved, which takes about 2-3 minutes.
• After a 2-3 minute rest, the mixture should be stirred again before application.
• CORION SUPER FLEX UV 3005 should be applied to the surface with a brush or trowel in at least 2 coats, with each coat applied perpendicular to the previous one.
• A minimum of 4 hours should be waited between coats.

- Use appropriate safety equipment (mask, gloves, goggles).
- Protect your eyes and face.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

- Only use the provided liquid for the mixture and do not add water.
- Do not add any foreign materials to the mixture.
- Do not use CORION SUPER FLEX UV 3005 to seal expansion joints, use appropriate expansion joint sealing materials instead.
- For wet areas, movement joints and corners should be supported by corner sealing tapes.
The applied surface must be protected from direct sunlight, wind and frost for 3 days after application. If necessary, the surface should be kept moist by watering. - Do not apply ceramic or other coverings to the surface for at least 3 days after the application of CORION SUPER FLEX UV 3005.
- All tools used during the application should be washed with water before they dry.

The specified times are valid for surface and ambient temperatures between 20-23°C. The time will be longer at low temperatures and shorter at high temperatures.
